Role Type: Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Opportunity

Engagement: Independent Contractor

We're looking for a proactive Senior GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to own and continuously improve our GoHighLevel infrastructure across multiple client accounts. This is a highly technical, AI-first role responsible for building complete client systems, troubleshooting integrations, optimizing marketing automations, and creating scalable processes. You'll use Claude and Claude Code daily to build, debug, and improve systems that support lead generation and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage complete GoHighLevel client systems, including funnels, landing pages, surveys, workflows, pipelines, calendars, and CRM automations
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations such as Meta Conversion API (CAPI), webhooks, APIs, Zapier, and Make.com
• Diagnose and resolve GoHighLevel issues, ensuring same-day turnaround for requests, fixes, and system updates
• Use AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT) daily to build, debug, document, and optimize automations
• Continuously improve systems by creating reusable snapshots, SOPs, and automation templates while proactively identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment with clear written communication and Loom documentation
• Maintain a high standard of quality, ensuring at least 80% of builds pass internal review with zero rework.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience in an agency or multi-client environment
• Proven expertise building end-to-end GoHighLevel systems, including funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, and automations
• Strong experience with Meta Conversion API (CAPI), APIs, webhooks, and CRM/marketing automation integrations
• Daily user of AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar) for building, debugging, and documentation, with the ability to demonstrate real-world usage
• Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, marketing automation, and CRM best practices
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable with async communication and Loom recordings
• Available to work full-time during U.S. Pacific (PST) business hours
• Reliable internet connection, professional home office, and willingness to commit exclusively to a long-term remote role
