You have a foundational knowledge of administrative functions and a genuine interest in keeping teams and operations organized and running smoothly. Knowledge with scheduling tools, document management practices, and professional business communication is expected. You'll support daily administrative operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Maintaining up-to-date filing systems, editing and proofreading documents, and handling correspondence from internal and external stakeholders are part of the regular work. You'll assist with expense tracking, reporting, and general office organization under the guidance of more skilled administration professionals.
