What it's all about -

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.

Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance.

As VIS Go-To-Market Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling VIS across Europe, partnering closely with the VIS Go-To-Market Lead to turn strategic priorities into practical, repeatable, and commercially effective go-to-market plays. You will drive cross-functional alignment, shape propositions and sales enablement materials, capture delivery insights, support pipeline activation, and ensure consistent VIS positioning across VCA, VAS, CMS, Product, Sales, Client Services, and cluster teams. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can structure complex challenges, influence senior stakeholders, and independently translate product, implementation, and client needs into clear go-to-market actions

What we expect of you, day to day:

    • Partner with the VIS GTM Lead to drive the European go-to-market agenda, manage priorities, and lead selected workstreams and stakeholder engagements.
    • Develop and deliver compelling go-to-market assets, including sales materials, playbooks, implementation guides, and executive-ready content.
    • Collaborate across VCA, VAS, CMS, Product, Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure commercially relevant and scalable solutions.
    • Support proposition commercialisation, including route-to-market planning, stakeholder enablement, adoption, and pipeline activation.
    • Facilitate workshops, deal reviews, and cross-functional forums to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution.
    • Capture and translate engagement learnings into reusable knowledge assets, best practices, and implementation frameworks.
    • Analyse market, pipeline, and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic actions.
    • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance knowledge management, reporting, content creation, and operational efficiency.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

What we’re after:
