The Data Platform Go-to-Market Partner maximizes adoption and value for the Enterprise Data Platforms portfolio. This role bridges strategy, technical delivery, and business consumption by positioning and scaling platform capabilities across the enterprise.
Key focuses include developing launch strategies and adoption plans that align platform evolution with Roche's Data and AI strategy. In partnership with leadership, you will define metrics to track value and consumption. Success is measured by translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes for initiatives like Semantic Layers, Data Marketplaces, and AI experiences.

The Enterprise Data Platforms team provides the foundational capabilities for Roche to manage and consume data at scale. We operate at the intersection of platform engineering, AI enablement, and enterprise data management to accelerate digital transformation. Our mission is to build reusable platforms and automation that empower teams to drive rapid Data and AI adoption.
Develop and execute go-to-market and adoption strategies for platform capabilities.
Translate technical capabilities into business value narratives and adoption roadmaps.
Establish adoption metrics and value realization frameworks with platform leaders.
Drive go-to market alignment across Data, AI, and RDT Business organizations.
Coordinate enterprise communications and executive messaging for major initiatives.
Identify adoption barriers and scale repeatable launch frameworks.
Who you are:
Platform Adoption & Portfolio Management & Value Management
Experience leading enterprise technology adoption, platform rollouts, or GTM initiatives.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and value narratives.
Align technical releases to integrated platform and consumer oriented product released.
Strategic Communication & Change Leadership
Skill in driving stakeholder engagement and change leadership in matrixed organizations.
Experience defining value metrics and impact frameworks for technology investments.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Influence and drive GTM plans across Data Platform Product managers and leadership as well as partner and influence RDT Business Aligned stakeholders.
Technical Background
No engineering background required, but good technical understanding and interest required.
Data & AI Platforms
Understanding of modern data/AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, and product management principles.
Familiarity with Data Products, Semantic Layers, and platform operating models.
Product & Platform Thinking
Ability to connect technical roadmaps to business outcomes using data-driven insights (KPIs/OKRs).
Metrics & Insights
Strategic autonomy with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Enterprise mindset and systems thinking applied to regulated, high-scale environments.

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN - 425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
