As the Manager of the Google Play Go-To-Market Operations team, you will drive operational strategy and workflow execution navigating ambiguity to untangle problems and design scalable approaches for nascent and existing Global programs.
In this role, you will be an expert influencer, bridging the gap between technical and business domains by translating concepts for cross-functional partners to drive alignment. As the manager for the Campaign Operations team, you must be well-versed in existing solutions, emerging capabilities and business needs, advocating for the best scenario to scale or activate programs, navigate cross-functional stakeholder environment while ensuring transparency and alignment across initiatives. You will collaborate closely with GTM and tooling teams to ensure Play’s programs grow effectively and sustainably, taking a data driven approach to drive impact.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$312,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
