This role is responsible for translating global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy into practical, commercially effective execution across the cluster. Working across Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Trade Development, Demand Acceleration, Finance and Strategy & Transformation, you will ensure that GTM models, route-to-market strategies, tools and capabilities are adapted to local market needs and deployed effectively.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will identify opportunities to improve how SodaStream reaches customers, deploy new routes to market and channels, optimise field-force effectiveness, and drive consistent adoption of new ways of working across markets.

Responsibilities

  1. GTM Strategy & Deployment

  • Adapt route-to-market, channel and coverage models to local market needs while ensuring consistent deployment of GTM standards.
  • Establish clear GTM standards and ensure consistent deployment across cluster markets.
  1. Channel Development & Sales Effectiveness
  • Identify and deliver growth opportunities across channels, customers, distributors and routes to market.
  • Optimise territory design, customer coverage and field-force deployment to improve productivity and execution.
  1. Capability & Execution Excellence
  • Drive adoption of GTM tools, processes and ways of working.
  • Lead implementation of new GTM initiatives and build market capabilities through training, coaching and best-practice sharing.
  1. Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor GTM performance, identifying opportunities to improve customer coverage, execution quality, sales productivity and cost-to-serve.
  • Use data and market insights to prioritise actions, measure impact and drive continuous improvement across the cluster.

How Success Will Be Measured

Success in the role will be demonstrated through:

  • GTM execution: improved customer coverage, call effectiveness and in-market execution.
  • Salesforce productivity: improved route efficiency, field-force productivity and cost-to-serve.
  • Channel growth: successful expansion into priority and emerging channels and delivery of incremental customer and sales opportunities.
  • Continuous improvement: measurable improvements driven by data, market insight and sharing of best practice.

Qualifications

You will bring significant experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence or Go-To-Market within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced, customer-led environment.

You are likely to have:

  • 8–10 years' relevant commercial experience, with strong exposure to field sales and in-market execution.
  • Proven expertise in route-to-market strategy, customer coverage, territory design and salesforce productivity.
  • A track record of implementing new tools, processes, capabilities and ways of working at scale.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, ideally within a regional or cluster environment.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn data and insight into practical action.
