Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist

We are looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM)Strategistwithstrong critical/principlesthinking, strong AI and analytical capabilities, ability to break complex business problems into clear, structured, and solvable components,andanaction-orientedmindsetYou will help define andinfluencetheexecutionof HP’sGTM strategy, shaping whatwe sell, howwe sell, wherewe sell, and to whomwe sell.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine GTM strategiestodeliver onHP’s growth ambitions, including market segmentation, opportunityidentification, sizingandprioritization, and4P3Cinsights.

  • Influence and drive cross functional global initiatives across sales, product, marketing, category, and finance teams.

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, financial modeling, and KPIdevelopment andtracking.

  • Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using tools likeAI powered agents,SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.

  • Build compelling, data-driven narrativesand plansfor senior leadership peerfunctionsto drive outcomes

  • Break down bigopportunities /challenges into structured workstreams anddriveexecution / influenceindependently.

What You Bring

  • 4–7 yearsof relevant experience in Strategy,Consulting,ProductManagement, orCommercial roles.

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to synthesize data quickly.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts without formal authority.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with senior stakeholders.

  • A proactive, scrappy,outcome-and ownership-driven mindset(find ways, movefastand get it done)

  • ComfortleveragingAI and automation to accelerate analysis and execution.

  • Understanding of B2B/B2C sales cycles, hardware ecosystems, and channel/partner models (a plus).

  • Experience in top consulting firms, product management roles, or competitor environments (strong plus).

The base pay range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
