We are currently accepting applications for GNA/CNA-I for PRN (as-needed) opportunities across all shifts. This posting is also used to build a preferred candidate pool for future full-time and part-time openings within our Health Center.
Available Shifts (PRN coverage as needed):
Choose what works best for your schedule:
- Day: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- Evening: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
- Night: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
✔ Flexible schedule based on staffing needs
✔ Weekend and night shift differential
✔Candidates may be considered for future full-time or part-time openings
What You’ll Do:
As a GNA/CNA-I, you’ll provide hands-on care and daily support to our residents:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take vital signs and report changes in condition
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Respond to call lights promptly
- Document care and communicate with nursing staff

QualificationsJob

Qualifications:
• Active GNA/CNA-I certification in Maryland
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous healthcare or senior care experience preferred (not required)
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion for working with older adults
• Basic computer skills for documentation
