The GMSV Marketing Intern will support the marketing team across three core areas: marketing finance, events and social media. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn how a premium automotive brand operates day to day.
The role will give the successful candidate exposure to the commercial and operational side of marketing, including purchase orders, invoicing, accruals, forecasting, budget tracking, event coordination and social content support. It is ideal for someone who brings energy, curiosity and initiative, and who is confident engaging with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
GM Specialty Vehicles is a premium automotive brand focused on bringing iconic, niche General Motors vehicles to Australia and New Zealand. The brand is built around exciting product, strong customer engagement and delivering a premium ownership experience. GMSV is a small team that enjoys what it does, has fun, and is seriously committed to bringing exciting products to our customers.
For this internship, it is important that candidates understand GMSV is hands-on, fast-paced and customer-facing, and your application submissions should reflect genuine enthusiasm for the brand, an interest in the product and a willingness to get involved across both the commercial and experiential side of marketing. Candidates can expect to learn from the ground up and be supported by a team bringing skills, knowledge and experience developed over many years in the industry.
