Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. While we work in science, there is no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses improve people's lives. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that is the kind of work we want to be part of.
As a GMP Trainer, you will play a key role in developing employee knowledge and capability across our manufacturing operations. You will design and deliver engaging training programs, support employee onboarding and qualification activities, and help ensure training systems remain compliant with regulatory and quality requirements. Working closely with Operations, Quality, and Safety teams, you will help build a skilled workforce that supports operational excellence.
Every day, Lonza's products and services have a positive impact on millions of people. For us, this is not only a great privilege, but also a great responsibility. How we achieve our business results is just as important as the achievements themselves.
At Lonza, we respect and protect our people and our environment. Success at Lonza is measured not only by what we do, but also by how we do it. We are committed to ethical behavior, sustainability, and putting people first.
Lonza is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
