Your new role
郡山工場の生産部門サポートチームの一員として、GMPに関する幅広い知見を活かし、生産現場の品質向上とプロセス最適化を推進していただきます。既存メンバーと互いにカバーし合いながら、生産部門全体のパフォーマンス向上に貢献する重要な役割です。
主な業務内容は以下のとおりです：
- 品質事象・逸脱に対し、体系的な問題解決手法（SPSなど）を用いた調査・対応のサポート
- プロセス確認および5Sチェックの定期的な実施とフォローアップ
- 変更要求（CR）の準備および生産プロセス変更の実行支援
- 新規包装ライン導入などのプロジェクトへの参加、リスクアセスメントおよび影響評価の実施
- 内部・外部監査のサポートおよびフォローアップ対応 - SOP/JI/TROLの作成・改訂、グローバル手順の変更対応
- 生産部門におけるQuality Mindsetの向上推進およびGMPコーディネーターのサポート
