
Insight FS is headquartered in Jefferson, Wisconsin with 23 branches across the state and upper peninsula of Michigan. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Trains and assists with various communication functions necessary to provide timely flow of information important to the company's marketing efforts, satisfaction of customer needs, and efficiencies of the employee team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Coordinates assigned exhibit and activity details for events.
Supports internal events for GFS staff including the annual Winter Conference.
Develops and sends pre-event communications, processes registrations, and coordinates details with locations.
Composes correspondence and reports.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Writes for a wide variety of advertising products.
Supports other administrative departments as needed.
Represents GFS in a professional manner at events.
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply
Performs all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Must be pursuing a Marketing or Communications Degree at a 4 year university.
Proven oral and written communications and customer service skills.
Demonstrated planning, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Must be able to travel independently and overnight when necessary.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
