Job Description

About the role:
As a Gourmet Sales Coordinator, you play a central role in supporting the sales organization across the SEE region. Acting as a link between customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders, you ensure smooth execution of all sales‑related activities: from lead tracking and quotations to order management and reporting.
This role combines strong administrative coordination with customer‑facing responsibilities, making you a key contributor to both customer satisfaction and sales performance.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a key contact for customer inquiries and follow up on order status.
  • Coordinate meetings, sales appointments and communication with customers.
  • Support Account Managers in demand forecasting, contract management and pricing topics.
  • Assist in resolving pricing issues, invoice queries and order‑related challenges.
  • Create and process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Manage rush orders and monitor pending orders to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate sample requests and track execution.
  • Support management of customer accounts and ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Maintain and update price lists, trade terms and customer records.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations.
  • Analyze trends and support the development of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and improve sales administrative processes across the team.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
  • Ensure alignment between quotes, contracts and operational execution.
  • Support coordination of projects for key accounts and track deadlines.
 
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
