Job Description

Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer, headquarters in Dubai. They are looking forward to hiring a strategic communications leader to strengthen corporate reputation, elevate executive visibility and build a consistent, compelling narrative across external and internal audiences. The role will lead PR, corporate communications, storytelling, media engagement and reputation management in the UAE, while partnering closely with senior leadership and a small communications team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an integrated PR and corporate communications strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Build and maintain influential relationships with UAE media, editors, journalists, industry publications and relevant lifestyle/luxury platforms.
• Lead proactive media engagement, press office activity, executive profiling, thought leadership, interviews and feature opportunities.
• Create high-quality corporate narratives and content, including press releases, leadership articles, speeches, talking points, presentations, award submissions and corporate collateral.
• Advise leadership on communication priorities, media responses, reputation matters and crisis communications.
• Lead internal communications and support corporate events, launches, awards, CSR initiatives and industry forums.
• Manage PR agencies, content partners and external suppliers, ensuring strong quality, responsiveness and budget discipline.
• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 communications professionals.

Key Qualifications

• 10-13 years of progressive experience in PR, corporate communications, corporate affairs or strategic communications.
• Experience in luxury or premium segments is strongly preferred. Relevant backgrounds may include luxury real estate, hospitality, retail, automotive, aviation, financial services or other premium consumer-facing sectors.
• Strong UAE media relationships and excellent storytelling, editorial and executive-communications capability.
• Demonstrated ability to build corporate reputation, secure earned media and handle sensitive communication matters with sound judgement.
• Experience leading small teams and managing external PR/content agencies
