Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk a Globál Munkautasítás Tréner?

• Képzésszervezés és képzések hatékonyságának mérése, ezek riportálása a Karbantartás területén
• Szakmai tréningek megtartása
• Területi szakmai trénerek szakmai tudásának fejlesztése és oktatói készségek fejlesztése
• Egységes tréning koncepció kialakítása, illetve megvalósítása az egyes műszakok között (területi vezetővel történt egyeztetést követően)
• A tréneri szervezet és a kapcsolódó területek, funkciók közti információáramlás biztositása
• Oktatási anyagok, dokumentációk, kimutatások kezelése
• Oktatások/képzések rögzítése és nyomonkövetése
• Szakmai oktatások megtartása

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:

• Minimum középfokú végzettség
• Angol nyelvtudás (szóban és írásban)
• Előny: karbantartási területen szerzett tapasztalat
• Érdeklődés a tanítás, oktatás iránt
• Jó szervezőképesség, precizitás, igényesség
• Képesség a szervezet több szintjével való kommunikációra
• Excel és MS Office ismerete
