Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze, design and optimize end-to-end HR processes, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
• Support the selection, design and configuration of HR cloud solutions.
• Work with HR core systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle and SAP HCM.
• Document HR processes, system requirements, workflows and dependencies in a clear and structured way.
• Facilitate workshops with HR, IT and other relevant stakeholders to understand business needs and define appropriate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear process and system requirements.
• Identify dependencies between HR processes, systems and related applications.
• Advise stakeholders within the area of expertise and facilitate discussions to support decision-making.
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with different functions and international teams.
• Contribute to change initiatives related to HR processes, systems and digitalization.
• Use process modelling methodologies such as BPMN when applicable.
• Work with service management and document management solutions.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of selecting and configuring scalable HR cloud solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of process design, process management and process documentation.
• Strong experience with HR core systems, such as: SAP SuccessFactors; Workday;Oracle; SAP HCM
• Experience with BPMN is considered an advantage.
• General knowledge of Service Management Software, such as USU Valuemation or ServiceNow.
• General knowledge of Document Management Software.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Excellent workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes and system dependencies.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and advise stakeholders within the area of expertise.
• Languages -English: Advanced / Spanish or French: considered an advantage
