The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities
1. Research employment models and compliance requirements for overseas business, including contractor, EOR, outsourcing, and hiring scenarios.
2. Coordinate with overseas legal teams, external law firms, and regional business units to identify employment risks and regulatory requirements across different countries/regions.
3. Continuously track labor law, taxation, data compliance, and workforce regulation updates in key countries to provide internal research and risk assessments.
4. Translate compliance requirements into internal SOPs, management systems, approval mechanisms, and operational workflows to drive global standardization.
5. Build an overseas employment risk case library and knowledge base to provide policy interpretation and solution support for business teams.
6. Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams to drive the construction of a global workforce governance system.
7. Participate in overseas employment projects, including supplier evaluations, staffing model design, risk remediation, and internal training.
