Overview

We are seeking a data analyst with AI domain knowledge who is passionate about data, analytics, AI innovation and business transformation to join our Global Wholesale Banking Data Analytics Team. This role will support the delivery of business intelligence, management reporting, dashboard development, customer analytics, and campaign optimization, while driving the adoption of AI and Agentic AI capabilities across the analytics lifecycle.

The successful candidate will help transform traditional reporting, dashboarding and campaign management processes into intelligent, scalable, and self-service solutions by leveraging modern AI technologies, automation frameworks, and advanced analytics techniques.

Responsibilities:

Data Analytics/Reports/Dashboards

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for business users and senior management, implementing AI where appropriate to create next-gen dashboards powered by AI
  • Deliver recurring management reports and ad hoc analytical studies, working closely with various stakeholders such as Business/Product Units to identify growth opportunities and productivity savings.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and visualization solutions.
  • Develop reusable reporting assets, templates, and analytical frameworks to improve productivity, particularly in reports generation, dashboards creation, and campaigns management.
  • Implement data initiatives and share best practices regionally through a build and transfer model

Campaign Analytics and Management

  • Perform customer segmentation, targeting, and behavioral analysis to identify opportunities using data-driven approaches, predictive analytics and AI.
  • Generate actionable business insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

AI & Agentic AI Enablement

Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI and Agentic AI within reporting, dashboarding, and campaign processes such as:

  • AI-assisted solutions to automate report generation, insight generation, and business commentary in reports and dashboards
  • Agentic AI to produce self-help analytics and visualisation in dashboards
  • Reusable assets in reports generation and campaigns generation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Experience in interactive dashboard design and development
  • Experience in programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
  • Strong data extraction, mining and process automation capabilities, preferably with AI
  • Good knowledge of visual analytics capability
  • Strong analytical skill and statistical knowledge
  • Strong storytelling and data visualization skills
  • Experience in AI, particularly:

o LLM and Gen AI applications

o AI agents / agentic workflows

o Prompt Engineering

  • Ability to convert business problems into AI-enabled solutions
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, willing to take on new challenges
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, with > 3 years of experience working with AI
