What success looks like in this role:

• Manages a Global Workforce Management team and is accountable for the team’s day-to-day operations. • Guides team members through the execution of various workforce planning, estimating and other duties, including:  o Reviewing organizational, program and project requirements to develop and recommend staffing and related resource strategies,  o Collaborating with People Analytics, HR Business Partners and business leaders / program managers, to understand staffing data, trends and projections, and  o Monitoring workforce data real-time to identify issues and develop resolution strategies. • Works with organization and business leaders to understand anticipated changes and how these will impact staffing and workforce planning. • Evaluates and recommends solutions for issues escalated from team members, internal clients or other relevant stakeholders. • Provides team members with both formal and informal (i.e., on the job) development opportunities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 0-2 years’ leadership experience
