In this position...

In Warranty Finance, we play a key role in not only maintaining a global, critical, high-risk reserve, but also in educating various stakeholders on how the decisions made on quality today can impact our bottom line for years to come.

What you'll do...

  • Lead warranty forecast, business plan, and earnings (10K/10Q) consolidation with support of multiple element finance teams in the US and India, ensuring accurate representation of corporate footnote reporting and reserve maintenance
  • Maintain a strong accounting control environment through support of Internal Control and GAO / Statutory audits and requirements
  • Lead quarterly reserve adequacy review with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and accounting management
  • Own warranty support for vehicle line / program deliverables including monthly Vehicle Line Health Reviews, forward model program milestone submissions, and forecast backup
  • Lead warranty benchmarking analysis against other OEMs to draw key insights on areas of opportunity
  • Develop relationships and work closely with cross-functional customers including FP&A, accounting management, regional and segment CFOs, product development teams, CX organization, GDIA, and Quality Operations
  • Drive continuous process improvement through various automation projects and system upgrades/transformation

You'll have...

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business related field
  • Experience in Financial Analysis, Budget / Forecast Development & Tracking, Cost Control, Variance Analysis, Accounting, and white-space financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and data skills, detail-oriented, capable of both strategic and tactical mindsets
  • Strong Communication & Inter-Personal Skills with the ability to work across multiple organizations and ability to turn complex data into concise, usable, and actionable information
  • Special preferences for candidates with knowledge/exposure to analytical tools like Alteryx, MS Power platforms, Database skills (Access, SQL), Qlik-Sense
  • Excellent organizational skills

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
