Global Vice President, Feed Additives & Ingredients (FAI)

We are looking for the Global Vice President FAI to provide technical and business leadership across our Feed Additives & Ingredients portfolio.

The Role

This is a highly visible global leadership role for a recognized Animal Nutrition subject matter expert with strong business and commercial acumen.
The Global VP, FAI will combine deep technical expertise in Animal Nutrition with a strong understanding of customers, markets and business dynamics. The role will help shape the strategic direction of ADM's Feed Additives & Ingredients business by identifying opportunities, strengthening our portfolio and translating science, technology and market insights into sustainable business growth.
While the role does not carry direct P&L responsibility, the Global VP, FAI will have a significant influence on business performance and profitability through strategic priorities, portfolio development, innovation, market positioning and commercial execution.
Working across regions and functions, you will operate as both a technical authority and business leader in a complex global matrix organization.
You will work closely with Regional Presidents and leaders across Sales, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Marketing, R&D, Product Management and Business Transformation.

What You Will Do

• Act as a global subject matter expert and senior leader across Feed Additives & Ingredients and Animal Nutrition.
• Bring deep technical and industry knowledge to identify emerging customer needs, market trends and opportunities for differentiation.
• Connect technical expertise, customer needs and market insights with business priorities and commercial opportunities.
• Help shape portfolio, innovation and capability priorities to strengthen ADM's competitive position.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across species, geographies, applications and customer segments.
• Translate technical and market opportunities into clear strategic priorities, business cases and actionable growth plans.
• Partner with R&D, Product Management and Technical teams to bring scientific and technical developments to market.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Excellence and Strategic Marketing to strengthen value propositions and commercial execution.
• Work with Regional Presidents and regional teams to align global priorities with local market needs and scale successful initiatives.
• Support strategic customer and industry discussions where senior technical expertise and business understanding are critical.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, external technologies or other capabilities that can strengthen the FAI business.
• Lead through influence, building alignment across functions, regions and senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.

You are a senior Animal Nutrition expert and business leader who combines strong technical credibility with commercial understanding and strategic thinking.

You bring:

• Significant experience in Animal Nutrition, Feed Additives, Feed Ingredients, Premix, Animal Health or a closely related field.
• Deep technical knowledge and recognized credibility within the Animal Nutrition industry.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of the drivers of growth, value creation and profitability.
• A proven ability to translate technical expertise and market insight into customer value and business impact.
• Experience across areas such as R&D, Technical Services, Product Management, Innovation, Business Development or Commercial
• Experience operating in a complex, international and matrix organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams and regions.
• Excellent communication skills and the credibility to engage with technical experts, customers and senior business leaders.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Science or a related field is preferred. An MBA or additional business qualification would be an advantage.
• Fluent English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
