About the Role
As a Global Treasury Senior Solutions Analyst, you will act as a strategic partner to our Treasury function, driving process optimization and system enhancements across global operations. This role combines business analysis expertise with treasury knowledge to deliver impactful solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and performance.
Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Analyze and document current and future Treasury processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Perform gap analysis and recommend cost-effective, scalable solutions.
Support Treasury projects with business cases, ROI analysis, and risk assessments.
Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate change adoption across regions.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solution quality.
Champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives within Treasury operations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
4–7 years’ experience in Treasury operations, systems, or business analysis.
Strong knowledge of Treasury processes (cash management, liquidity, payments, risk management).
Familiarity with SAP Treasury modules and electronic banking systems; S4 HANA knowledge is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Power BI and Visio preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results under pressure.
