As a Global Treasury Analyst, you’ll support key Treasury operations across the business, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll manage daily cash activities, reporting, banking requirements, and Treasury projects while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive change.

How you will make a difference: 

• Manage daily cash operations, including payment approvals, cash analysis, forecasting, bank balances, and money market transactions and reconciliations.
• Support banking and regulatory activities, including KYC, account opening/closing, mandates, signers, user access, and bank requirements.
• Own monthly Treasury reporting, including loan agreement reconciliations, bank fee analysis, month-end cash reporting, and Group cash forecasting support.
• Support Treasury projects and new business initiatives, including bank migrations, new market launches, TMS requirements, bank guarantees/LOCs, and other banking solutions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage requirements, resolve queries, maintain controls, and ensure timely escalation of issues.
• Document processes and identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across Treasury operations.

What will make you stand out:  

• 3+ years of Treasury experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, cash management, forecasting, reconciliations, and Treasury processes.
• Experience with bank import files, including building and testing files with banking partners.
• Experience with banks such as JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, Bank of America, HSBC, or Santander is desirable.
• Treasury Management System experience; ION/Reval knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
