Global Transformation & Adoption Lead

About this role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is looking for a Senior Manager to help colleagues across the organization understand, adopt, and sustain new capabilities and ways of working.

You'll partner with business leaders, functional teams, and transformation programs on the communications, education, and engagement work that helps major investments deliver real value — across AI-enabled capabilities, Customer Experience Management, digital enablement, commercial excellence, and operational efficiency. Much of the work involves translating sophisticated business and technology topics into clear, practical guidance that people can act on in their day-to-day roles. You'll collaborate across global, regional, and functional teams, where influence and relationships matter more than reporting lines.

What you'll do

Communications and storytelling

• Develop communication plans that connect global priorities to what colleagues need to know and do.
• Develop executive communications, leadership presentations, campaigns, and adoption materials that turn sophisticated ideas into clear narratives.
• Share messaging and toolkits with leaders so the story stays consistent across functions and regions.

Change enablement and education

• Guide readiness, education, and engagement activities across transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business, learning, and technology teams to translate transformation impacts into learning needs and adoption resources.
• Support reinforcement activities that help new habits take hold well after launch.

Partner engagement

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and functional partners.
• Facilitate workshops, feedback forums, and alignment sessions, and use what you hear to shape the approach.
• Grow change champion and ambassador networks that help adoption spread.

AI and digital adoption

• Help teams adopt AI-enabled, digital, automation, and customer experience capabilities.
• Translate technical concepts into practical use cases and everyday guidance that builds confidence and responsible use.
• Work with business and technology partners to understand what gets in the way of adoption, and help resolve it.

Measurement and insights

• Define and track adoption, readiness, and communication effectiveness measures.
• Share updates with leaders on progress, risks, and trends, and apply what you learn to the next initiative.

What you'll bring

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Technology, Education, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in transformation, organizational change, communications, adoption, learning, or digital enablement.
• Experience guiding communications, education, or adoption for large-scale initiatives across global organizations.
• Experience with digital, AI-enabled, customer experience, CRM, or CXM initiatives.
• Comfort building alignment with senior leaders and partners without direct reporting relationships.
• Clear executive communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Preferred

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Background in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Consulting, advisory, or operational excellence experience.
• Experience growing change champion networks and connecting adoption work to measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with Prosci, Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, or customer journey design.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč1,641,000.00 - Kč2,830,150.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
