El Global Trainee Program (GTP) es un programa de liderazgo con duración de 2 años que busca desarrollar a jóvenes profesionales para convertirse en futuros líderes de la compañía. Se trata de un esquema de alto rendimiento en el que los jóvenes toman la responsabilidad de un puesto de tiempo completo con capacitación especializada.
