Requirements

• 
  Experience in HS classification, customs, import/export compliance, or tariff management
• 
  Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation processes
• 
  Background in process improvement, consulting, or data-driven operations
• 
  Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• 
  Experience in process improvement or transformation projects
• 
  Knowledge of ERP systems, trade systems, or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• 
  Strong stakeholder management across regional teams
• 
  Ability to work in complex, multi-country environments
• 
  Good understanding of data governance and operational reporting
