US SALARY: $133,600 - $158,650, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

AB InBev is seeking a Global TMS Optimizer to join our Logistics Operations team. The position can be based in either Belgium or St. Louis, Missouri, USA, with the successful candidate supporting our global Logistics Operations activities from their respective location.

  • Develop in-house expertise in Blue Yonder TMS Optimization and other TMS modules, leveraging it in future implementation projects.

  • Drive continuous transport improvement through application across all zones.

  • Reduce dependency on external vendors and foster the development of technical skills and talent internally within ABI.

  • Optimize Capex spending on TMS and TMOD implementations and maintenance, as this is a niche skill within the industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the implementation of TMS optimization algorithms for the global centers of excellence, enabling countries' transport optimization. Possess a solid understanding of lane constraints, domicile vehicle availability, location throughput & dock scheduling, tariffs, shipment splitting, and 3D load building.

  • Support the development of an ABI template for core TMS functionalities—such as upload templates, freight auction, approval chain capabilities, and CEA—ensuring effective transport optimization across global centers of excellence.

  • Propose and support the implementation of new solutions and customizations within TMS to meet the specific business requirements of each zone.

  • Facilitate the onboarding of countries without TMS into the global centers of excellence.

  • Assist the global team in developing training materials and conducting audits.

  • Reduce dependency on external vendors for TMS & TMOD implementation across zones.

  • Design and develop TMS ABI-specific solutions and customizations to address the unique business needs of each zone.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering/Business Administration, Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Business, IT, or Engineering background.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • BY TMS optimization & TMOD experience at AB InBev or other CPG companies.

  • Solid Tier 1 knowledge of AB InBev or CPG companies.

  • Expertise in transport processes and BY TMS functionalities/configurations.

  • At least two end-to-end TMS implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of BY TMS optimization.

  • Preferred: Experience with BY Shipment Scheduler / Load Builder.

  • Languages: English (intermediate-advanced); Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

  • Digital skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL.

  • Proven ability to work in technical & functional teams across locations, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Minimum 5 years of Blue Yonder TMS implementation experience. Knowledge of BY Business Analysis, RPAs, Power BI, and TMS APIs is a plus.
