Primary Objective

To drive consistent, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives within the GTSV PMO by ensuring strong execution, visibility, and alignment.

This role is responsible for delivery assurance, governance adherence, and cross-functional coordination, acting as a central point to support execution across internal teams and key partners (e.g., GTS, QA, Legal, Ignite PMO).

The role may also directly manage select projects where required, in support of overall PMO delivery capacity.

Job Environment

The PMO Delivery Lead operates in a fast-paced, matrixed environment requiring strong coordination across business, technology, and external partners.

The role focuses on ensuring delivery consistency and transparency across multiple initiatives, with a strong emphasis on governance, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Accountabilities

Delivery Oversight

Support execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives

Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and timelines; ensure issues are raised and addressed

Track progress against scope, schedule, and quality expectations

Governance & Standards

Drive consistent application of PMO methodologies, tools, and templates

Support governance processes including stage gates, risk reviews, and status reporting

Ensure readiness and compliance with PMO delivery frameworks

Dependency & Risk Management

Identify and track cross-project dependencies and risks

Facilitate alignment and coordination to resolve delivery constraints

Escalate and manage issues impacting timelines or outcomes

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a central coordination point across business, IT, and partner teams

Ensure clear, timely communication of delivery status, risks, and decisions

Maintain alignment across stakeholders to support delivery outcomes

Project Delivery (As Required)

Take ownership of selected initiatives where dedicated project management capacity is limited

Manage end-to-end delivery for assigned projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination

Balance direct project delivery responsibilities alongside portfolio-level delivery oversight

Continuous Improvement

Identify recurring delivery challenges and recommend process improvements

Support the ongoing evolution of PMO delivery practices and frameworks

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience supporting delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Strong coordination, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in risk tracking, dependency management, and delivery reporting

• Ability to manage projects end-to-end when required

• Ability to synthesize delivery data into clear, actionable insights

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project)

Experience & Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in project or program delivery

• Experience working in a PMO or structured delivery environment

• Demonstrated experience supporting and/or managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
