Role description:

The Global Tech M&A Program Manager leads Technology across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs and strategic partnerships, from due diligence and price-tag planning through Day 1 readiness, integration or separation execution, and transition to steady-state operations. The role coordinates across Tech workstreams, manages interdependencies, risks and governance.

Role accountabilities:

• Coordinate Tech due diligence activities across all Technology domains, including contracts, vendors and operating model assessment
• Identify Tech risks, technical debt, remediation costs, integration complexity and separation considerations
• Provide decision-ready findings and recommendations
• Contribute Tech cost estimates and integration assumptions supporting business case and valuation activities
• Develop Day 1 orientation-scale and target-state Tech integration or separation plans
• Establish Tech M&A governance structure and reporting frameworks
• Lead integrated planning across Tech workstreams and functional stakeholders
• Coordinate milestone management, decision forums and executive steering committees
• Drive Day 1 readiness across Tech
• Maintain overall program control, scope management and reporting
• Coordinate all Tech workstreams involved
• Manage cross-tower dependencies and integration sequencing
• Track Tech synergy delivery and investment assumptions
• Provide integrated reporting on benefits, costs, risks and performance
• Capture lessons learned and improve Tech M&A methodologies and playbooks
• Contribute to continuous improvement
• Accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing (HSW) of their teams, and expected to demonstrate stewardship and care in all aspects of their role. Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years experience in Tech program management, transformation or M&A integration
• Proven experience leading Tech workstreams in acquisitions, mergers, divestments, carve-outs or large-scale integrations
• Strong Understanding of Tech due diligence methodologies
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including synergy planning and cost modelling
• High level of autonomy and sound judgment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity and make effective decisions within fast paced and evolving environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills, including executive-level engagement
• Results-driven with focus on delivery quality and outcomes
• Strong capability to integrate Tech M&A technology strategy, roadmaps and execution plan.
• Experience leading Technology M&A program governance and reporting
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support cross-workstream management with Finance, HR, Legal Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, and external partners.
• Leadership style that empowers Arcadians, promotes accountability and continuous improvement, and supports a healthy, inclusive and high engagement culture aligned to the Arcadis Leadership profile of being curious, driving success and igniting passion.
• Degree level education in business, information systems, technology management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong planning and prioritization capability, including running enterprise planning and prioritization processes for technology initiatives.
