Job Description

CellMark is seeking a skilled and experienced Global Tax Manager to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to take a central role in building and shaping our global tax function in a highly international environment.

You will be responsible for managing our global tax matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting the business with expert tax guidance. The role offers significant exposure and the opportunity to drive development of structures, processes, and governance across the organisation.

You will work closely with group and local accounting, tax and business teams, as well as external advisors.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage CellMark’s global tax compliance

  • Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies

  • Support the business in transfer pricing matters

  • Drive and maintain OECD Pillar 2 compliance processes

  • Manage dispute resolution and tax audits

  • Prepare and submit Country-by-Country reporting

  • Monitor and assess changes in tax laws and regulations

Your profile

We believe you are an analytical and collaborative tax professional with experience from working with international tax matters in a multinational environment. You enjoy building relationships across functions and have the ability to translate complex tax topics into practical business support.

You hold a university degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or a related field and have;

  • Strong background in tax management, preferably in an international environment

  • Solid expertise in transfer pricing and/or OECD Pillar 2

  • Experience with Country-by-Country reporting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A structured and proactive way of working

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
