WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

The TALZENNA Global Marketing Team is preparing for the launch of TALAPRO-3. This will be the second (and final) prostate cancer indication for the brand and a follow-on to the TALAPRO-2 indication launch from 2024. After an extremely positive TP-3 data release at ASCO 2026, the team is now in the final stages of launch preparation now being ~ 6 months from launch in the US and less than 12 months from launch in the EU. This is an exciting time for both the TALZENNA team as we bring the brand closer to becoming fully indicated –with an mCRPC indication (TALAPRO-2) and soon the mCSPC indication (TALAPRO-3).

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

The team is looking to identify a secondee to fill the role of HCP strategy lead. In this role, we are looking to identify someone who will drive forward many of our integrated HCP launch strategies toward completion and ultimately having a seamless hand off to markets. The HCP will need to collaborate closely with both the Global Marketing Launch Lead as well as other members of the cross functional team (Medical Affairs, GAV, US commercial and ICO) to pull thru on these key deliverables. TALZENNA is the most recent asset that is ushering in our rapidly expanding commitment to bring clinically meaningful new therapies to mPC patients. With the launch of TALZENNA and soon to follow with the launch of MEVROMETOSTAT, Pfizer offers two distinct, efficacious and tolerable oral treatment options to deepen and prolong responses in mPC, allowing physicians to add to known and trusted ARPI backbones, and personalize therapy for patients with or without an HRR mutation​ The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing expertise, oncology or specialty marketing experience, and a demonstrated ability to build and execute strategies and initiatives that maximize brand value.

Role Responsabilities

  • Lead TALAPRO-3 HCP strategy and promotional materials​.

  • Lead OS scenario planning for TALAPRO-3​.

  • Lead TALAPRO-2 Global strategy and communication, refining strategy & tactics in response to competitive landscape​.

  • Lead CoLab interactions, including project plan review & management of CoLab OpEx​.

  • Rollout Updated HCP segments and finalize HCP Narrative by Segment​.

  • Lead Global KOL engagement strategy including Commercial Advisory Board Meetings and Peer Exchange Programs.

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide support and oversight to the TALZENNA Marketing Rotational Colleague (MRP) who will be finalizing and executing on some other key HCP materials.

  • Finalization and rollout of branded campaign materials including promotional campaign video​.

  • Finalization of TP2 and TP3 Objection Handler​.

  • Development of TP3 CCP Guidance Document and DSP​.

  • Execution of the updated patient profiles​.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8+years ofexperience.

  • Able to collaborate across different functions and interact with others in a way that gains commitment to action, ensures clarity, and creates common goals.

  • Strong written, oral communication skills coupled with strong analytical skills; able to distill complex data into compelling communications.

  • Mature, self-starter, detail-oriented, action-driven, comfortable with ambiguity; able to multi-task in dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • M aster's degree with at least 7+years of experience; ORa PhD with 5+ years of experience, OR a MDwith4+ years of experience
