We are currently looking for our futureGlobal Talent Management Process & Insights Lead (m/f/d)based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.

Your Objective: Support the Talent Management team by coordinating global Talent Management processes, projects and data-driven insights. Working with the team, HRBPs, GPOs and senior stakeholders, you help translate Talent Management priorities into pragmatic processes, clear tools and decision-ready insights. You will own one dedicated Talent Management topic end-to-end, while coordinating sub-projects and contributing to the broader Talent Management cycle across Performance, Development, Talent Review and Succession Planning.

What you will do:

  • Talent Management Process Coordination & Project Leadership: Lead and/or contribute to Talent Management initiatives within the team and globally. Coordinate with GPOs and process owners to ensure tools, methods and services support the Talent Management cycle. Own one dedicated TM process and lead selected sub-projects from design to implementation, including follow-up on timelines, stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Talent Cycle Orchestration & Governance Support: Support the planning and coordination of the yearly Talent Management cycle, including milestones, stakeholder touchpoints, templates, guidance and operational follow-up. Help clarify ways of working between TM, HRBPs, business leaders and other HR COEs, keeping process logic pragmatic, simple and user-oriented.
  • Talent Intelligence & Insights: Track and analyse talent data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for performance, development, succession planning, talent pools and learning priorities. Develop clear KPIs, dashboards and leadership-ready views to identify trends, risks and opportunities and enable better people decisions.
  • Digital Tools, Automation & Continuous Improvement: Improve processes by leveraging technology and collaborating with HRIS/digital stakeholders. Translate process needs into tool requirements, simplify workflows, improve data quality and support automation where it brings value.
  • Targeted Communication and Change Management: Support target group-oriented communication and practical enablement materials for HRBPs, managers and stakeholders. Help explain the “why”, “what” and “how” of Talent Management processes and drive adoption through clear guidance and pragmatic support.

What about you?

  • You have a strong background in project or program management and operational HR, ideally with exposure to Talent Management processes and international stakeholders.
  • You understand how performance management, development planning, talent reviews, succession planning and learning processes connect in practice.
  • You bring strong analytical skills and data literacy, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations and business-relevant stories.
  • You are comfortable working with HR systems, dashboards and reporting tools; experience with SuccessFactors would be a plus.
  • You are structured and pragmatic, able to coordinate several stakeholders and sub-projects while keeping processes simple and user-oriented.
  • Your interpersonal skills enable you to listen, challenge constructively and collaborate effectively with HRBPs, process owners and business stakeholders.
  • You communicate clearly and have a fluent level of English (minimum B2). Additional languages are a plus.
  • You are recognized for your proactivity, ownership mindset and ability to bring clarity in a dynamic environment.
