The Global Talent Development Manager leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs that enhance workforce capabilities across multiple regions. This role ensures that training initiatives—spanning onboarding, upskilling, leadership development, and product enablement, and employee development are aligned with organizational priorities and deliver measurable impact on performance. The Global Talent Development Manager partners with regional leaders to identify training needs, deploy scalable learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Develop and Execute Global Training Strategy: Design and manage training programs that support business priorities and drive consistent learning experiences worldwide.
Oversee Training Delivery: Lead a team of trainers and facilitators to ensure high-quality program execution across all regions, including classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
Measure and Optimize Impact: Track KPIs, learner feedback, and performance outcomes to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Partner Across Regions and Functions: Collaborate with regional leaders, HR, and business units to identify skill gaps, implement solutions, and align training with organizational goals.
Enhance Learning Innovation: Evaluate and integrate modern learning technologies, methodologies, and best practices to improve knowledge retention and accessibility globally.
Support Organizational Effectiveness: Contribute to talent development and process improvement initiatives that strengthen global workforce capabilities.
Manage Budgets and Resources: Develop annual training plans, manage global training budgets, and provide recommendations for capital and operational investments.
