Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager

The Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager is responsible for building and running a scalable, data-driven recruitment engine across the organization. The role owns recruitment processes, systems (e.g. Pinpoint), analytics and reporting, and governance, ensuring consistent candidate experience, operational excellence, and transparency for leadership.

This role ensures recruiters and hiring managers to hire faster and better — through strong processes, automation, and insights. Through data you will identifying the opportunities for performance improvements within all of Talent Acquisition, with partner organisations within inDrive, with external partner organisations, and facilitate and support improvement projects across TA, PnC and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence
  • Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end hiring processes across all regions.
  • Establish global standards, SLAs, and best practices while allowing for local compliance and flexibility.
  • Monitor hiring performance and candidate experience; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of hiring workflows from requisition approval to offer acceptance.

ATS Ownership & Automation
  • Own and develop Pinpoint ATS capability globally.
  • Configure workflows, permissions, approval flows, templates, and automation.
  • Drive adoption and correct usage by recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Manage integrations with HRIS, assessment tools, background checks, and job boards.
  • Partner with vendors on enhancements and issue resolution.

Data, Analytics, & Reporting
  • Build and maintain TA dashboards and regular reporting for the TA Director, TA leadership and business leaders / board reports.
  • Track and analyse all recruitment metrics in particular:
  1. Time to Fill/Hire
  2. Funnel conversion rates
  3. Source effectiveness
  4. Offer acceptance rate
  5. Candidate NPS / Manager CSAT
  6. Probation failure turnover rate
  7. Recruiter/Sourcer Productivity
Use data to recommend process improvements and hiring optimizations.

Governance, Compliance & Data Quality
  • Ensure GDPR and local regulatory compliance in recruitment processes and systems.
  • Maintain data accuracy, audit readiness, and clear ownership of recruitment data.
  • Define and enforce data standards and documentation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Act as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, People Ops, Finance, Legal, and IT.
  • Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and job boards; track performance and ROI.
  • Support hiring planning, ramp-ups, freezes, and organisational changes.

Enablement & Change Management
  • Train recruiters and hiring managers on processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
  • Lead recruitment-related projects and change initiatives (new markets, growth phases, transformations).
  • Coordinate TA performance improvement projects within PnC and other functions.

Management & Leadership
  • Manages TA Operations Analyst that manages day to day operational tasks and the internal referral program.
  • Provide direction, evaluation and development and builds a broader team in accordance with related business needs.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Overall experience
  • 5+ years in Recruitment Operations, Talent Operations, or People Operations.
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional, high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on ownership of an ATS (Pinpoint preferred) and other recruiting systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
