We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a People & Talent team that is serious about how Trackunit grows. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruitment across a global portfolio of roles, connecting exceptional people to a company that is genuinely changing how one of the world's largest industries operates.
You will be joining a TA team of four. Two permanent partners, one RPO consultant, and you sitting inside a wider People & Talent organisation of 13 people. The process is built, the tools are in place, and the ambition is real. What we need now is someone who can execute at a high level, build genuine partnerships with hiring managers, and bring the kind of energy and rigour that makes candidates feel good about Trackunit, whether or not they get the offer.
We work with a flexible hybrid setup which means you will be able to work from our Münich office and remotely in whatever combination works best for you.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
This role sits within People & Talent and reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead.
Success in this role is measured against five outcomes:
Pipeline and speed. Critical roles in your portfolio have active talent pools before they open. Time to offer moves in the right direction quarter over quarter, and candidates never wonder where they stand.
Hiring manager partnerships. The leaders you work with trust you to run the process. They come to you. They leave every hire feeling more capable than when they started.
Quality of hire. Candidates advance because of what they demonstrated, not how they came across. Every debrief is evidence based. The Trackunit Way is assessed consistently across every stage, every role, every function you own.
Candidate experience. Every person who goes through a process you own walks away with a positive impression of Trackunit. Offer or no offer. That is not a nice to have. It is how we build our reputation as an employer.
Process discipline. Teamtailor is always current. Debrief notes are always filed. Rejection reasons are always documented. Nothing falls through.
This year, the focus is on building proactive talent pipelines for high-frequency and critical role types, deepening hiring manager capability across the functions you own, and contributing to a TA function that operates at the standard Trackunit's growth demands.
You will join a TA team of four that sits inside a People & Talent organisation of 13. You have a real community around you, People Business Partners, L&D, Operations, and a TA function with a clear mandate, a structured process, and the tools to do the job properly. No reinventing the wheel. Just delivering at a high level inside a model designed to make you successful.
A front-row seat at a company in serious motion. We went from 150 to 500 people, and the ambition behind IrisX, Trackunit Next, and our presence at CONEXPO tells you exactly where we are going. There is a product story behind every hire you make.
International environment with colleagues across Europe, North America, and Asia and a genuinely global hiring remit from day one.
We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and support them through training, coaching, and an outspoken feedback culture to help you identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by touching upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting teams and relations, and impacting the organisation and strategy.
Flexibility and hybrid working is not a cliché to us. We offer a flexible setup and believe you know best how your routines should look. Once you have decided how you work best, let us know what you need: we have got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work.
Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we are committed to creating and contributing to an inclusive workplace and this commitment starts with our hiring. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We assess candidates on their qualifications and merit. Learn more about TIDE and other DE&I initiatives here
Experienced in full-cycle recruitment. You have 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth environment. You know what good looks like and you have consistently delivered it.
Structured and reliable. You run a clean process. Candidates are always updated. Teamtailor is always current. Hiring managers are managed, not chased. You do not need reminding to follow up.
A genuine partner to the business. You build trust with hiring managers by being direct, prepared, and consistent. You push back when the brief is wrong, give feedback that is honest rather than polished, and make leaders better at hiring rather than dependent on you to do it for them.
AI enabled. You use AI tools as a natural part of how you work, for sourcing, summarising, moving faster without cutting corners. Not as a novelty. As genuine leverage.
Curious and motivated by impact. You care about who gets hired and why. You know that a bad hire costs far more than a long process. You bring the same rigour to a junior role as a senior one.
Fluent in English. Our working language across the business is English. German is a plus given the global remit.
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries. This is what we are looking for ideally, but if you are genuinely excited about this role and your experience does not align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.

Do not spend time writing the perfect cover letter. Tell us in a few lines what draws you to this specific role, and we will take it from there.
Virtual meet and greet. Meet with someone from our People & Talent team. We want to understand you, your background, and why this role makes sense for you right now.
2nd Interview. This interview is designed to give you a better understanding of the role, the team, and how we work at Trackunit. You will meet your direct leader as well as a colleague, and we will go deeper into how you work and how you think about recruitment.
Case interview. You will receive a brief recruiting challenge in advance. At the interview, you present your approach to a small panel. We are not looking for a perfect answer. We are looking at how you think, structure, and communicate.
Offer presentation and walk-through. We are lucky to have you.
