The Global Recruitment Operational Excellence Lead at Galderma is a leadership role responsible for designing, driving, and executing world-class recruitment operations, processes, SLA’s , policies across all regions and business units. The role ensures operational efficiency, process consistency, and continuous improvement throughout the global talent acquisition organization. This individual will indirectly manage an eco-system of various professionals within the organisation being primarily : In-House Recruiters, RPO Recruiters, HRIS , Procurement, Hiring Managers , Candidates and collaborate closely with regional and functional recruitment leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global recruitment operations operational plan made of initiatives aligned with overall business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
- Lead the standardization and optimization of recruitment processes, create hiring managers & Recruiter’s Trainings, ensure right policies are created & adapted, and tools to drive efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Implement and oversee global recruitment technology platforms (ATS, CRM, analytics tools), ensuring adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and market insights to identify process gaps and implement innovative solutions.
- Partner with regional and functional recruitment leaders to ensure consistent delivery of operational excellence and support local adaptation where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, data privacy standards, and company policies throughout all recruitment activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the performance of external recruitment solutions partners (RPO, Background Check Vendors, Recruitment Agencies etc....)
- Champion a culture of operational excellence, customer focus, and innovation within the global talent acquisition function & Beyond
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Significant experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role with a focus on process improvements, TA Technology Implementation, User Experience Improvements, Compliance , Reporting & Analytics
- Proven track record of designing and implementing global recruitment operations strategies and process improvements.
- Extensive experience with recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, automation, and analytics tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create actionable insights, and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across cultures and seniority levels.
- Strong project management skills (PMO / GPO background an asset) and experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed global environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Location & Travel
This is a global role, based within our Global Hub in Cracow, with flexibility for remote work (3 Days / Week in the Office is required).
