Talent Acquisition is building partnerships, platforms, and performance routines that help colleagues find the right people for every team. Core Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management:
Manage all vendor relationships across recruitment platforms and tools.
Serve as the primary point of contact for TA suppliers.
Conduct performance reviews and negotiate contracts.
Performance Management & ROI:
Developperformance scorecardsfor vendors.
Identifyand improve underperforming vendors.
Track ROI and produce regular reports for TA leadership.
Market Intelligence & Vendor Strategy:
Monitor recruitment technology trends andidentifynew tools.
Analyze data to improve recruitment outcomes.
Advisesourcing strategies and vendor investments.
Tool Configuration & Optimization:
Optimizekey recruitment tools and workflows.
Implement integrations and enhancements with IT and vendors.
Ensure alignment with governance standards
Do youhavewhat it takes?
Experience managing recruitment suppliers, technology vendors, procurementactivityor TA operations.
Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and explaining trade-offs to Talent Acquisitionleaders.
Able to build scorecards, interpret ROI data and recommendthenextactions.
Familiar with ATS, CRM, assessment,sourcing,and job distribution platforms.
Preferred experience configuring recruitment tools, workflows,licenses,or integrations across hiring systems.
Experience in recruitment or procurement with HR or TA technologyexpertiseis preferred.
Understanding recruiter behavior and designing engagement strategies are essential.
Confidence presenting supplier strategy and market insight to senior partners.
