Job Description

Navina is a fast-growing digital health SaaS company that’s on a mission to transform the way physicians interact with patient data. Thousands of clinicians across the United States already use Navina’s AI-powered solution that transforms complex and fragmented patient data into concise “patient portraits" and actionable clinical insights at the point of care. With Navina, physicians experience less burnout, reduce missed diagnoses, and can devote more time giving better care to their patients.

Navina has been named one of the Top 100 AI companies globally by CB Insights and made the list of the Top 50 Digital Health startups. We are already working with industry-leading value-based organizations including Privia Health and Agilon.

Are you a data-driven leader ready to take our recruitment efforts to the next level? At Navina, we’re scaling rapidly and looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join us as a temporary replacement for maternity leave.

In this role, you’ll lead and manage a team of 5 recruiters and sourcers, while using data, analytics, AI tools, and dashboards to optimize processes and drive measurable results. You’ll be at the forefront of our recruitment strategy, overseeing hiring efforts across global markets and ensuring we hire top talent quickly and efficiently, with an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll also play a key role in translating recruiting data into actionable insights, building and maintaining dashboards, and presenting clear updates and recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead & Manage Recruitment:

Direct and manage a team of 5 recruiters and sourcers, ensuring we meet hiring goals and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.

Lead Strategic Sourcing:

Design and lead strategic sourcing initiatives to build strong, diverse talent pipelines across global markets. Identify the most effective sourcing channels, talent communities, and outreach approaches for different roles, while leveraging data, market insights, referrals, social media, AI tools, and creative engagement methods to attract top candidates.

Drive a Data-Driven Recruiting Strategy:

Use analytics to track, measure, and optimize the recruitment process. Monitor key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements based on data insights.

Build Dashboards & Present Insights to Leadership:

Create, maintain, and improve recruiting dashboards and reports for management. Provide leadership with clear visibility into hiring progress, funnel performance, team productivity, candidate experience, and key recruitment trends.

Ensure Excellent Candidate Experience:

Foster a positive, smooth, and engaging recruitment journey for all candidates, from the first interaction to the final decision. Continuously measure and improve this experience using feedback and data insights.

Mentor & Develop the Team:

Lead by example, mentor team members, set goals, and track performance using data to support growth, focus, and accountability.

Recruit Across Global Markets:

Lead recruitment efforts across different markets, including tech positions in Israel and customer-facing roles in the U.S. This includes understanding local hiring trends and ensuring a tailored approach.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing global recruiting.
  • Extensive experience recruiting in the U.S. market, with a deep understanding of talent trends and best practices. Some availability during U.S. working hours is required.
  • Proven ability to scale recruiting in high-growth SaaS companies, especially during rapid expansion.
  • Strong expertise in data-driven hiring, with the ability to analyze and optimize recruiting metrics.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and presenting recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics to leadership.
  • Experience working with AI tools to improve sourcing, recruiting workflows, automation, candidate engagement, or hiring efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to design and execute initiatives that ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to grow the talent pipeline.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.

Why Join Us?

If you’re ready to lead a data-driven team, collaborate across teams, source top talent, and drive recruitment success in a high-growth startup, we’d love to hear from you.

Recruiting at Navina is especially exciting - our AI-driven product makes a real impact on healthcare, helping doctors make better decisions and improving patient outcomes. If you're passionate about building teams in a company that does good in the world, this is the place for you.

You don’t need to meet 100% of the requirements to be a great fit. We believe in hiring people, not just checklists, and we value potential as much as experience. If this role excites you, we’d love to see your application!

About Navina

Navina was born with the vision to create a new world where the time-consuming chaos of patient data is replaced by a logical actionable platform that makes it possible for every physician to assess even the most complex cases in minutes.

Our technology creates a new era of simplicity by restructuring disorganized data into an intelligible patient portrait, intuitively organized for sophisticated and empathetic patient care. We use AI and machine learning to make sure that what's most important is immediately clear, diagnostically linked, and contextually surfaced, so physicians can have the entirety of each patient’s data.

The result: optimum patient wellness and enhanced financial performance for providers and payers.
