Job Description

Join our client in revolutionizing the payments landscape! We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to be a vital part of our IT team. Operating primarily in Mac OS and Chrome OS, with a growing Windows environment, we need a motivated self-starter eager to learn. The work schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, with 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

•Assist with all IT-related matters in the office
•Provide front-line support for client workers
•Prepare computers and field questions
•Manage IT assets and inventory
•Onboard new clients to IT hardware and systems
•Migrate clients to new machines
•Deploy software and provide access to help with A/V maintenance and setup for internal events
•Assist with desktop automation

Skills

•Experience in end-user support for Mac OS, ChromeOS, and Windows
•Exceptional deskside manner
•Strong problem-solving and pattern recognition skills
•Basic understanding of connecting computers to networks
•Ability to quickly assess root causes and implement corrections
•Willingness to collaborate on the development and upkeep of knowledge base articles
•International travel capability for visits to other EMEA offices
•Ability to lift 50+ lbs of computer equipment, climb ladders, and use hand tools when necessary
•Bonus: Powershell and Active Directory administration understanding, VOIP administration experience, experience building Windows images
•Previous work experience in a startup environment
•Command-line Unix experience Other Unix/Linux experience (Shell scripting)
•Experience with Munki
