What You Will Do
The role of the Global Support Analyst is to Support our Internal Clients - Resources, Suppliers, Client Managers with their inquiries over Phone, Chat and E-mail. This position supports the success by adding a value in servicing our clients. This is an exciting career opportunity for someone who values advancement, growth, and high-quality work. This Global Support Analyst position requires responsibility for end user support to proprietary applications and systems.
• Provide support to internal and external users via phone, email, and chat.Create, update, and actively manage support tickets through to resolution.Identify opportunities to streamline business operations and recommend process improvements.Mentor and train new Global Support team members.
• Sense of urgency and ability to escalate system outages to Global Support Management
• Must Maintain Confidential Information and Follow Procedures for Work processing
• Adherence to schedules due to live support environment
• Reception tasks like welcoming visitors, receive packages and taking phone calls
What You Will Need
• Excellent English and Dutch communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Strong user-facing, customer service, communication
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic
• Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet
