Global Supply ManagementSenior Advisor (Manufacturing Program)

Our Global Supply Management team within Materials and Procurement takes charge of global supply planning for specific platforms and commodity areas. Focused on business goals and objectives, we take the lead in supplier selection, product delivery specifications and quality. We succeed through our ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with global internal and external supply chain partners.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Senior Advisor, you will analyze demand and supply signals, execute sourcing activities, and drive supplier performance improvements. You will prepare dashboards and reports that inform leadership decisions and highlight risks and opportunities. You will be responsible to set and execute the supply strategy to ensure Dell wins in the market.

You will:

• On-site of OEM production floor – Field role (Location: Taoyuan and Hsinchu)
• Own end-to-end AI server L10 operations, including production and shipment coordination with ODM, and alignment with Service/DSP/Procurement teams
• Drive key account production performance (FPY, Cycle Time) and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead NUDD readiness reviews with PG/GOE and ensure smooth new product introduction to production floor
• Partner with ODM cross-functional teams to set up and optimize facility and production processes
• Act as technical focal point (electronics/power) to diagnose production issues and coordinate rapid resolution with ODM/PG/GOE
• Support new production setup and ramp-up

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
• Experience with sourcing processes, supplier performance management,Manufacturing Program skill and quality/delivery metrics.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and Excel/BI tools; ability to translate data into actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional priorities.
  

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Electronic and Automation Engineering related field
• Experience with ODM or supplier operation management
