As a GSCLDP participant, you will leverage cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and customer-centric strategies to manage an unmatched global fulfillment network.
Over three 12-month rotations, you will dive into key business areas to build cross-functional expertise. Your final rotation will be a differentiated role tailored to your career goals.
Supply Chain Rotation: Focus on logistics, demand planning, inventory management, transportation, and customer relations management.
Procurement Rotation: Build expertise in direct/indirect procurement, supplier quality, finished product sourcing, and distressed supplier management.
Specialized Rotation (Year 3): A final, differentiated role in either Supply Chain or Procurement based on your performance and career interests.

Completion of a Bachelor's degree by May 2027.
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, Industrial or Applied Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
Current cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Must have access to reliable transportation and be geographically mobile

Prior internship or co-op experience within supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing (ideally in a similar fast-paced corporate environment).
Strong analytical mindset, data-driven problem-solving, and basic financial acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas to business partners.
Demonstrated personal accountability, strong initiative, and a collaborative leadership style.
Basic understanding of project management or continuous improvement tools.
