
Responsible for supporting global Supplier-to-Pay (S2P) operations, ensuring efficient vendor lifecycle management and timely resolution of supplier inquiries. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong supplier relationships, mitigating financial and operational risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
• Manage and validate Vendor Cycle Management processes (supplier onboarding, maintenance, and deactivation), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor approval workflows and proactively act to prevent process delays.
• Act as the main point of contact for supplier inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with global teams (including offshore teams) to resolve cases and improve supplier experience.
• Analyze supplier statement reconciliations to identify financial risks, incorrect payments, and recovery opportunities.
• Support supplier blocking/restriction processes and align with internal stakeholders.
• Develop monthly reports and analyses to identify efficiency improvements and process optimization opportunities.
• Support compliance, quality, and governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of S2P processes and tools, including user support and training.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Supplier Management.
• Knowledge of Vendor Management and Supplier-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management in a global environment.
• Experience working with offshore teams or in multicultural environments.
• Financial knowledge (reconciliation, payment analysis, financial exposure).
• Advanced English (Spanish is a strong plus).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
