You’ll make an impact by

  • Defining and ensuring delivery of value-oriented supplier quality strategies across different locations together with company's sustainability strategy and eco-system principles in the supply chain
  • Ensuring and monitoring implementation of prevention-oriented supplier quality management methods and risk management
  • Driving efficiency by implementing AI supported digital and automated dataflow in supply chain management (SCM)
  • Planning of supplier audits with our global network
  • Initiating and leading the SQM community and facilitating knowledge sharing and lessons learned among suppliers
  • Implementing standardized supplier qualification processes in collaboration with the procurement team
  • Ensuring all suppliers have Quality Assurance Agreements, governing quality assurance agreements in assigned areas and collaborating with the procurement team to address any gaps
  • Supporting talent recruitment through cultural appreciation, enhancing attractiveness of SQM and driving SQM competency development and training requirements

Your defining qualities

  • You have long-term experience in Supplier Quality Management and/or Quality Management being responsible for multi-location organization and team responsibilities
  • You have experience of using AI in your daily work and data-based decision making
  • You are a certified and experienced auditor according to VDA 6.3 or equivalent, and you have a master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • You have knowledge of core quality methods like FMEA and VSM and know about industry standards and best practices.
  • You are experienced in dealing with cross-functional global networks with good interpersonal skills and committed to critical thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English and German round off your profile.
