Job Title: Global Supplier Quality Lead
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Your Impact

As Global Supplier Quality Lead, you will ensure that our suppliers and external partners meet the highest quality and compliance standards—while enabling innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

You’ll operate as a key expert within our Quality organization, influencing stakeholders and driving best practices across the value chain.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and drive Supplier Quality Management processes and programs globally
• Ensure alignment of supplier-related systems, processes, and procedures, addressing gaps and deviations
• Support and execute quality policies and frameworks across the supplier network
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver robust quality solutions
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Quality Management practices
• Lead or support process improvement and transformation initiatives
• Provide expert guidance on supplier quality to internal stakeholders
• Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions and external suppliers
• Influence the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement culture

What You Bring

• 8–12+ years’ experience in Supplier Quality / Quality Management, ideally in a regulated global environment
• Strong expertise managing complex supplier ecosystems and quality processes
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and drive outcomes end-to-end
• Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and external organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical quality solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
