Join Nilfisk as a Global SAP Superuser – PP Area and play a key role in shaping how our global Production Planning processes are designed, implemented and continuously improved. This is a hands-on expert role at the intersection of business processes, SAP PP and global Operations, ideal for a Superuser who thinks end-to-end and enjoys working closely with IT and business stakeholders alike.
In this position, you will take ownership of SAP PP-related business processes across Production Planning and Manufacturing, acting as the functional bridge between Operations and IT. You will ensure that global standards are business-driven, technically sound and scalable, while supporting SAP implementations, rollouts and continuous improvements.
The role is based in Nagykanizsa, Hungary, reports directly to the Global Functional & Team Lead, and includes occasional international travel (2–3 times per year), including overseas projects when relevant.
• Own and continuously improve global SAP PP business processes with a strong end-to-end Production Planning perspective
• Act as Global SAP PP Superuser: participate in solution design, configuration discussions, testing and validation with IT
• Translate business requirements into clear, implementable SAP process designs
• Support SAP implementation, rollout and optimization projects from a business process ownership perspective
• Ensure global process standardization while considering local operational realities
• Prepare and deliver professional user trainings and workshops, including sessions held in English
• Drive continuous improvement, compliance and user adoption after go-live
You will join a 3-member Hungary-based PP Superuser & Process Specialist team, working under dedicated functional leadership. The team collaborates daily with global Operations, SAP consultants, IT and Supply Chain colleagues in an international setup, focusing on pragmatic, business-driven SAP solutions.

• Strong understanding of Production Planning and Manufacturing processes in an SAP environment
• Solid Superuser or Key User experience, preferably from a multinational company
• End-to-end business process mindset beyond transactional SAP usage
• Ability to work confidently with IT, SAP consultants and business stakeholders
• Clear, professional communication and training skills
• Fluent English – daily collaboration and trainings are conducted in English
• Openness to occasional international travel
