Title:

Global Subsidiary Oversight Function (GSOF

• Perform day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks supporting branch and subsidiary entity operations
• Support financial reporting related to international tax filings (income tax, CIT/PIT)
• Provide audit support for statutory filings and coordinate with external auditors as needed
• Maintain and track accounting compliance calendars and deliverables across entities
• Assist with imputed income calculations and related reporting
• Assist with subsidiary/branch management activities spanning accounting, tax, and labor law compliance matters
• Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation for filings and audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on entity-level matters

Required Qualifications

• Education background in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in accounting operations, preferably supporting multi-entity or international structures
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
• Experience with Costpoint
• Experience with Cognos and OnBase
• Familiarity with AI tools, particularly agentic AI workflows, and willingness to integrate them into daily work
• Working knowledge of Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to statutory reporting, foreign tax filings, or branch accounting
• Understanding of imputed income and benefits-related tax reporting
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage recurring compliance deadlines
