Job Description

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Invoice To Pay (ITP) processes, providing operational and process expertise across global initiatives and transformation programs.

  • Support the design, harmonization, and standardization of ITP processes in alignment with global process standards and target operating models.

  • Analyze business requirements, identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, and translate them into functional and business solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, ITP Global Process Owners, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of process and system enhancements.

  • Participate in global ERP transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA and VIM implementations, supporting process design, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and hyper care activities.

  • Help with preparation and maintain process documentation, business requirements, process flows, work instructions, and training materials.

  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, defect resolution, and validation of implemented solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and governance standards within the ITP process area.

  • Support issue resolution and root cause analysis related to process or system-related challenges, driving sustainable corrective actions.

  • Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency, quality, and automation.

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with local and global stakeholders to align on business requirements, process decisions, and implementation approaches.

  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to operational teams to ensure consistent process understanding and adoption across regions.

Our requirements:

  • Masters/bachelor’s degree in finance

  • Experience working in global GBS or shared‑service environments in a global process organization is preferred

  • 5 years proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale transformation programs, within finance and Invoice-to-Pay environments.

  • Strong understanding of Invoice to Pay processes within an E2E value chain context.

  • Ability to translate business challenges into process, digital, and operational solutions.

  • Familiarity with ERP-driven transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).

  • Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of global Invoice to Pay / Accounts Payable processes and controls especially for German market

  • Fluency in English

  • Fluency in German will be an adventage

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and ITP‑related tools.

  • Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, Signavio), workflow platforms, and automation solutions
