Our work spans the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch. By collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and patients, the CDMA chapter provides crucial medical insights, designs and executes clinical studies, and offers on-market support. Ultimately, we generate comprehensive clinical evidence that demonstrates product safety, effectiveness, and scientific validity - facilitating smooth product registration, adoption and reimbursement globally so we can save lives and improve patient quality of life.

The Opportunity

As a Global Study Lead, you are at the heart of our clinical research efforts. You will lead cross-functional global study teams with full accountability for delivering high-quality clinical studies that transform patient care.

• Lead with Impact:Take full ownership of study deliverables, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Shape the Strategy:Partner with Program Leadership to develop innovative evidence-generation scenarios, including real-world evidence and global clinical strategies.

• Design the Future:Create essential study documents, including protocols and reports, ensuring the highest standards of scientific rigor.

• Drive Collaboration:Oversee operational aspects of Investigator Initiated Studies, Research Collaborations, and companion diagnostics studies in partnership with Pharma leaders.

• Ensure Operational Excellence:Manage study-level budgets and provide strategic oversight to external partners and CROs to ensure seamless execution.

• Advocate for Compliance:Maintain audit and inspection readiness by adhering to global regulations and standard operating procedures.

• Experienced Leader:You bring a proven track record in global clinical study management, with the ability to lead diverse teams through all study phases from planning to close-out.

• Strategic Communicator:You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external experts to drive business goals.

• Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven:You have a sharp eye for quality and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Regulatory Savvy:You possess a deep understanding of global clinical trial regulations and guidelines (e.g., GCP).

• Educational Foundation:You hold a university degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field, or have equivalent professional experience in clinical operations.
