Job Description

Amplifon is the global leader in hearing care solutions, with over 19,400 professionals across more than 9,300 points of sale in 25 countries.

In March 2026, Amplifon announced the acquisition of GN Hearing, a transformative transaction that will create a vertically integrated global leader combining best-in-class R&D and manufacturing capabilities with unparalleled retail expertise.

This unique combination will redefine the hearing care industry, unlocking new growth opportunities through innovation, data, and scale.

We are currently looking for a multifaceted and eager Global Strategy & Business Development Associate Director, a key role for our corporate strategy and continued growth plans across all continents.

In this role, you will work on high-profile, strategic and operational projects that will help shape the future of our company. Reporting to the Global Strategy & Business Development Director Carlo Zandi, you will join a high-performing team and work on the key priorities for our ambitious growth plans.

One of your immediate priorities will be to lead the integration program following the acquisition, ensuring full alignment with regulatory requirements (including antitrust constraints), while accelerating the realization of planned synergies and identifying additional value creation opportunities.

This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the integration of GN Hearing and accelerating Amplifon’s transformation into a vertically integrated global leader. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of one of the most transformative transactions in the industry and to play a direct role in shaping its success.

  • Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, driving mitigation actions and recovery plans where needed

  • Support the Steering Committee and executive governance, preparing decision-making materials and recommendations

  • Drive performance tracking of integration initiatives, leveraging internal and external resources

  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across growth, business development, and transformation

  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities (products, partnerships, geographies, business models)

  • Support M&A activities, including screening, evaluation, and execution of potential opportunities

  • Generate actionable insights based on market analysis and competitive intelligence

Experience & Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

  • 7–10 years of experience in top-tier consulting or in-house strategy roles, with a focus on transformation and change management. Experience in large-scale transformation or post-merger integration is a strong plus

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams through change.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
